We met at the office and we now work with ourselves managing a property development company as well as an architectural practice together.
I always knew I wanted a satin dress yourself in an Ivory color. I think the reason being when my Mum and Dad got married my Mum wore an ivory satin dress and I think subconsciously I have always imagined myself within the "modern version". Here
I visited a couple of dress shops and tried on around 10 wedding dresses. I finally picked the FeelTimes dress. I loved how simple it had been as it is satin without any lace or any other details except satin buttons on the back. Even though it had been simple it was built with a very glamorous royal feel into it that managed to get feel classy and special. I thought it might be ideal for a church wedding and another bonus was I knew it might feel comfortable following a three-course meal!
I wanted to go with it with a few jewelries. I went for any Swarovski necklace and earrings. I didn't wear a veil as I thought the jewelry and dress proved helpful on their own. My hairstylist Rosie completed my search for me with a few Hollywood curls!
I need to say I found marriage planning extremely easy! I didn't possess a detailed vision of my perfect day I just simply was built with a family celebration in my mind with lots of laughter dancing and food! We certainly achieved that!
One of the funniest moments was traveling to the church with my bridesmaids and Dad. My sister who had been my maid of honor organized matching pink wellies and we all hoisted up our dresses and walked towards the church. It was in regards to a 5-minute walk and I think we laughed aloud every step of the way and that we got several laughs in the fellow villagers!
